Refunds are only possible for defective items. The buyer has a period of 10 working days from the delivery date to return the products with refund, no charge.
Refunds should be made by registered post at your place to: Lure me, Address: Bosphorus 18-20, 54454, Toumba Thessaloniki, Greece with a recipient charge.
All items must be returned intact, in their original state and from the area where the order was delivered.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 1 week from receipt of the refund.
After submitting the refund, your credit card issuer will process the refund in your account.
Processing time can vary considerably between card issuers and unfortunately we are not able to change it.
